It’s More Fun sa Pamayanan: Experiencing the Vigan City Fiesta Vigan City, known as the Heritage City of the Philippines, truly comes alive during the Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul. As part of the “It’s More Fun sa Pamayanan” campaign, my visit to Vigan during this celebration allowed me to witness how culture, faith, and community come together in one vibrant event. The historic streets, especially Calle Crisologo, were filled with excitement, music, and colorful decorations that reflected the city’s rich Spanish-era heritage. One of the highlights of the fiesta was the religious activities honoring St. Paul, the patron saint of Vigan.
